I thought you mentioned something about ringing in the ears in the beginning. If you did, do you have any recommendations to help with it?

I'm curious how long it might take to change your neural pathways? I.e. if you start meditating, how long might it take to affect your brain?

I had a connected question to those previously stated. How does the content of this lecture relate to neurodivergence? For example, if an employee is autistic, as a supervisor how do you tell much is possible to retrain in context of work behaviors, and how much would be considered an ineffective/bad stress?
